SL Counselling, Southend-On-Sea

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am a counsellor working in Southend, Essex. My counselling practice is in a peaceful, private building not far from Prittlewell Station and major bus routes into Southend.

I know through personal experience that the choice to contact a counsellor is rather daunting and scary. Therefore I can assure you that I will show you empathy, honesty and understanding, as well as providing a non-judgemental environment. Counselling gives you the opportunity to explore past and present issues in a safe, confidential space.

Despite how daunting counselling may be I have seen that the first step is always worthwhile because I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the benefits of counselling.

I am a fully qualified counsellor/therapist for both children and adults. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and therefore I adhere to their ethical framework and code of conduct.
